By using apkpoint.site (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Use of the Site

  • Content on the Site (text, images, tables) is for informational purposes only.

  • You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use if all copyright notices remain intact.

4. App metadata & Play Store data

  • apkpoint.site sources app metadata (titles, descriptions, screenshots, ratings) from the Google Play Store via an authorized API key. We strive to display accurate, up-to-date information.

  • Where available and lawful, we link to the official Play Store listing for downloads and updates.

5. APK distribution policy

  • If we host APKs: apkpoint.site will host APK files only when we have the right to do so (developer permission or a clearly licensed distribution).

  • If you find an unauthorized APK: Please notify us via dmca@apkpoint.site and we will investigate promptly. We respect developer rights and act on valid takedown requests.

6. User conduct

When using the Site you must not:

  • Post illegal, defamatory, infringing, or abusive content.

  • Use the Site to distribute malware or harmful code.

  • Attempt to bypass security, harvest data, or scrape content at scale without permission.

7. User-generated content

If you submit comments or content:

  • You grant apkpoint.site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content.

  • You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

12. DMCA & takedown procedure (copyright)

If you believe content on apkpoint.site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@apkpoint.site with:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
